It’s the first post! And it’s here so I can check I did it correctly.
I think I did it. I haven’t used WordPress in a very long time; since I was an angsty teen with a poetry / stream of consciousness blog. Always good to go back to your roots.

First week of university has been mainly introduction to the course and the tutors, what we can expect for the next couple of years. I got to see the studio in person on Friday, and we made this truly iconic piece of cinema based off of the prompt “training an incompetent member of staff”. I edited it slightly after Steve’s feedback, as he let us know we probably didn’t need the intro section where the manager was ‘training’ the new staff to put across our intention.

After cutting out the start it was definitely more snappy and focused on that humorous middle section where the character kept bringing the incorrect items. We got inspiration from the section in one of the Avengers films when Groot is asked to find Yondu’s Yaka Arrow weapon on the ship.
